Using Attributes in your Emails

Just like in your certificate designs you can call your Attribute data to be used within your email copy. To do this just follow these steps:


1) Log into your Accredible account and select the 'Email' tab from the top menu.

2) Then select the email template that you want to add the Attribute to.


3) Then select part of the email that you would like to add the Attribute to, you need to select the exact point  in the sentence if you are adding a text attribute. 


4) Head to menu above the email body you have selected and click the Attributes button. Which looks like a little label. It's highlighted in green in the image below. 


5) Use the drop down menu to select the attribute that you want to add into the email body and you're done! You'll see the Attribute has appeared within the email body. You can copy and paste it if you need to move it or duplicate it.
