I can't see a credential feature that you mention in the help centre!

Each issuer has a choice over what their recipients can do with their credential. If you are missing a feature from your credential it is most likely because your issuer has either disabled or hidden it. Depending on how they have set up the credential, authenticating your identity may reveal the feature. If not, and you need more help. Please either contact your issuer directly or contact us on support@accredible.com and we can investigate further for you. 

 

Things that can be disabled include:

 

  • Name change requests
  • Email change requests
  • Downloading a PDF
  • Social Sharing 
  • Adding Evidence 
  • Requesting references 
  • Changing Privacy Settings
