Email Settings

We have recently updated our email settings by combining all features into one section. 

1. Log into your Accredible account 

2. Click on Emails at the top of your dashboard. 

3. From here, you will be able to customize and modify any email addresses registered to your account. You will see outbound settings, support settings, and SMTP settings. 


Outbound settings- These settings are used for any emails being sent out to credential recipients



Support settings- These settings are your general contact email addresses who receive account communications, name change requests, and any support enquiries from recipients. 



SMTP Settings- You can send emails that normally come from Accredible through your own SMTP service. You will need account details for your email provider's SMTP server.

Remember, you can always set custom email sender addresses within a group level as well. If not, these email settings are set as the default settings for all groups.
