Email Settings

We have recently updated our email settings by combining all features into one section. 

1. Log into your Accredible account 

2. Click on Emails at the top of your dashboard. 

3. From here, you will be able to customize and modify any email addresses registered to your account. You will see outbound settings, support settings, and appearance. 


Outbound settings- These settings are used for any emails being sent out to credential recipients



Support settings- These settings are your general contact email addresses who receive account communications, name change requests, and any support enquiries from recipients. 



Appearance- These settings are for customizing the emails received by your recipients. You can also designate an email template by clicking on email templates on the top righthand corner of the page. 



Remember, you can always set custom email sender addresses within a group level as well. If not, these email settings are set as the default settings for all groups.
