This article is to help show you how to amplify your organization's brand with our platform. Some of the following features are not included in our basic plans but are the white label add-on feature which is available for all of our users.*
All of the following settings are found under Department Settings at the top righthand corner of your dashboard at the dropdown menu underneath your organization name.
In this section, you can customize how your department appears both within your dashboard and on your recipients' credentials. A preview of how all of these settings will appear on the recipient end is on the righthand side of each section.
Name - this is the name of your organization, as it will appear internally - your team members will be a part of this organization. Your organization name will also appear underneath credentials you issue, so viewers can tell who issued the credential.
Website - where your organization name will also appear underneath credentials you issue, viewers will be able to click your organization name and be directed to this page. This is a good way to generate referral traffic to your website.
Certification Authority - if your organization has a name you'd like to appear as the Certification Authority on LinkedIn, this field can be optionally be provided for your credential recipients to enter.
Organization Logo- upload an image at least 160px x 160px with a transparent background (PNG works well) to ensure the best usage across our platform.
Your Organization Logo will appear internally to help differentiate between different departments if your account is set up to use multiple departments. It will also show up on your verification directory, if you enabled that feature, and potentially other features visible to credential recipients.
Issuer Page Customization
Another great way to improve engagement and drive traffic to your website is using our Issuer landing page feature. Credential viewers will be redirected to this page when they click on your Organization name underneath each recipient’s credential (listed as Example provider below). Third-parties viewing credentials you have issued will easily be able to see all of the courses you offe - and have chosen to list publicly.
Issuer page description- This will be shown under the information section of your page.
Banner image- the image that will run across the top of the page (blue background in image below)
Appearance- These settings are for customizing the emails received by your recipients. You can also designate an email template by clicking on the 'Emails' tab at the top of your dashboard.
For those of you that have the white label add-on feature- you can customize the branding of your email templates by removing the Accredible branding in the header and footer and replacing it with your own!*
Recipient Website Branding*
This setting is only available to issuers who have purchased the white label add-on feature in their pricing plans. To add this feature at any time, simply head to your billing settings and add this to your plan.
You can brand the appearance of your recipients' credential landing page and the URL link of your recipients' credentials.
Logo- Add a logo to your header and footers for your page. The image should be at least 208px wide by 32px tall.
Custom Recipient Domain- This is the custom domain which you have set up on your Domain Registrar. You may need your technical support team to help with this setup.
In order to take advantage of your logo on Accredible, you will need to set up the custom domain. This ensures that people viewing your certificates and badges on a page like badges.yourorganization.com are shown your branding, and other visitors to credential.net are shown the default Accredible branding. To complete this setup, follow the instructions listed in this guide: https://accredible.zendesk.com/knowledge/articles/360000635537/en-us?brand_id=587612
To preview your recipient website branding, you can see the preview at the righthand side of this page in both Desktop and Mobile mode.
