All Team Member Permission Settings

Here is a list and description of all of the different permissions you can control on your team members' accounts.

You can adjust many settings to give your team members highly customized access to your Accredible account.

Manage Team Members

A team member with access to 'Manage Team Members' will be able to set every other team members' permissions and delete or invite new team members.

Important Note: Changes made here affect who can access your Accredible organization, so team members with this access can effectively control access to your account.


API Details

A team member with access to API details will be able to retrieve your unique API key. With this information, they will be able to override information on your existing credentials, create new credentials and groups, or delete existing credentials and groups.

Important Note: Team members with this access can effectively control all groups and credentials - provided they use the API key.


Department Settings

A team member with access to the department settings will be able to change details about your organization's account and how credentials are issued.

Important Note: Changes made here could affect the appearance and delivery of credentials - what displays for your organization name, what your recipients can access on your credential, and any branding.


Certificate Design Templates

A team member with access to certificate design templates will create new certificate designs, modify existing certificate designs, or delete existing certificate designs.

Important Note: Many groups might be using the same design, so allowing one of your team members to change the certificate designs might affect the appearance of many groups' certificates.


Email Templates

A team member with access to the email templates and will be able to create, modify, and delete existing email designs and change the default name and email that appears on emails to your credential recipients.


Attribute Management

A team member with access to attributes will create, modify, or delete your credential attributes.

Important Note: If you are using a custom attribute, it may be used in multiple certificate designs or email templates, so allowing one of your team members to change attributes might affect the appearance of other items.


Analytics

A team member with access to analytics will view records of which recipients have engaged with their credentials and download this data.


Spotlight Directory

A team member with access to the spotlight directory settings will turn the directory's visibility on or off and change the appearance settings.
