If you have not yet started the initial setup for Blackboard, please begin at Step 1 here:
How Do I Set Up the Blackboard LTI Integration with Accredible?
Once you are caught up after Step 8, you can continue with the additional steps below.
LTI Plugin Configuration (cont.)
- Go to LTI Tool Provider -> Accredible -> Manage Placements
- Click Create Placement near the top-left of your screen.
- Fill in all pertinent information.
Label: Accredible (choose a name that you want your students to see)
Handle: accredible-coursetool (non-specific)
Type: Course tool & check Allow student access
Launch in New Window is optional
Target Link URI:https://integrations.api.accredible.com/v1/blackboard/lti/login
Tool Provider Custom Parameters:
course_id=@X@course.pk_string@X@
role=@X@membership.role@X@
user_id=@X@user.pk_string@X@
system_site_id=@X@system.site_id@X@
Click Submit.
- Go to a Course, navigate to Content -> Books & Tools -> click plus sign
on the Accredible tool.
