As well as the course description, you can add a custom marketing message to encourage recipients to take more courses with you, or even direct them to collect merchandise to help promote your organization.
This feature is available on our Connect and Growth Plans.
Finding the Custom Marketing Message Option
- Go to 'Groups' at the top of the Accredible Dashboard.
- Navigate to the group you would like the custom message to and click on 'Group Settings.'
- In the left-hand sidebar menu, click on 'Visibility.'
- Under 'Marketing - Custom Message,' toggle on the ''Display custom message.'
Customize Your Message
In this section, you can decide on the message you would like to appear on the credential view and the audience for that message; 'All credential viewers' or 'Only Logged in credential owners.' Choose the audience that is most appropriate for the message you and giving.
How Your Message Appears
After saving your new custom marketing message, it will appear directly to the right of the credential image.
