Can I Get Carbon Copies of All the Credential Emails that are Sent Out?

For your records, you can send a copy of all the credential delivery emails you publish to a designated email address.

Do CC and BCC work for all emails sent from Accredible?

No, CC and BCC are only applicable to credential delivery emails. CC and BCC do not apply to expiry warnings, share notification emails, or name change approvals and rejections.

Adding a Carbon Copy Contact Address

1. Click on 'Emails' at the top of your Accredible dashboard.
2. In the 'Carbon Copies (CC)' section, add the email address that you would like all the recipient email carbon copies to be sent to.
3. Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.

Adding a Blind Carbon Copy Contact Address

Send a copy of credential emails to a designated email address without exposing that email address to recipients.

1. Click on 'Emails' at the top of your Accredible dashboard.
2. In the 'Blind Carbon Copies (BCC)' section, add the email address that you would like all the recipient email carbon copies to be sent to.
3. Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.
