Your credential wallet is the profile of all your Accredible issued credentials together in one place.

Important to Know: 'Credential Wallets' are collections of credentials that all have the same email address.

Why are My Credentials Split Between Multiple Profiles/Wallets?

This is because some of your credentials have been issued to one email address, and the the rest issued to another email address.

I've Logged into My Wallet but I Can't See My Credentials

Make sure the email address you have logged into with is the same email address your credential delivery email was sent to. If you log into with an email address that has no credentials attached to it, you will create a new credential wallet that is empty.

I Have Multiple Wallets/Profiles, How Do I Merge Them?

The best way to consolidate all your credentials into one place is to make sure that all your credentials are attached to the same email address.

In order to update the email address attached to your credentials you will need to Contact Your Issuer and ask them to process this update for you.

The Name at the Top of my Credential Wallet is Not Correct

The first credential issued to you will determine the name that appears at the top of your credential wallet. If this name is wrong and the name on your credential updated, this will not affect the credential wallet name. To update the credential wallet name:

  1. Log in to your credential wallet.
  2. Click on the name in the top right-hand corner of the wallet.
  3. From the drop-down menu that appears, click 'Settings'.
  4. Under the 'Profile' section, update the 'Name' field to the correct name.
  5. Click 'Save'.

Can I Customise My Credential Wallet URL?

It is currently not possible for us to update or customize credential wallet URLs.
