If you need to remove a team member from your account, here are the steps you need to take.
Important Note: In order to delete team members, you will need to have account permission to edit your accounts team members.
- Go to the Main Menu by click on your name at the top right-hand corner of the Accredible Dashboard and click 'Team Members'.
- Find the entry of the team member you would like to remove and click the 'delete' button to the right of that entry.
- You will be asked for confirmation before deleting this team member, click 'Delete' to confirm.
Deleting a Team Member will remove them from your account and their permission settings will be forgotten. If you wish to have this person as a team member in the future, you will need to add them again from scratch.
