How Can I Utilise the Dynamic Language Email Function?

Trying to avoid creating email templates in multiple languages? This is where dynamic email templates come in.

What Is a Dynamic Email Template?

If you use the default email templates that are set to 'Dynamic', you can dictate which language the email is sent in for a specific group.

This means one email template can be utilized for multiple groups, regardless of what language the groups require correspondence in!

How Do I Set the Language the Template Should Be Translated To?

To determine which language you want a specific group's emails to be sent in, follow these steps:

  1. Go to 'Groups' at the top of the Accredible Dashboard.
  2. Find the group you want to change the email language of and click 'Groups Settings.'
  3. In the left-hand sidebar menu, click 'General Settings'.
  4. Under the section 'Language,' select the language you would like outbound emails from this group to appear in.
  5. Click 'Save' at the bottom of the settings page.

How Do I Know if a Template Is Dynamic?

Any unedited default Accredible template will be 'Dynamic'. You can identify dynamic templates by looking at the 'Language' tag on the 'Email Templates' page.

Can I Edit a Dynamic Template?

No. Once a dynamic email template has been edited, the language will no longer be tagged as 'Dynamic'.

We are unable to automatically translate templates that have been edited. Any edited or custom email templates will need to be translated manually by you, the issuer.
