How Can I Move Recipients from One Group to Another?

If you've accidentally issued credentials to recipients from the wrong group, you don't need to delete and reissue them. Move them!

Migrate Credentials/Recipients to Another Group

1. Click on the 'Credentials' tab at the top of your Accredible Dashboard.
2. In the Credential Dashboard, select the credentials that need to be migrated to the new group.
3. Click the 'Move Credentials' button at the top of the Credential Dashboard.
4. In the pop-up window that appears, select the group you would like to move your recipients/credentials to.
5. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to move the credentials, which will update the credentials' course name, description, and certificate/badge design to the new group's settings. Click 'Move Credentials' to finish.
