As an organization, you don't necessarily want credential emails looking as though they have come from Accredible, you want them to come from you!
By default, emails from Accredible's system appear to come from support@credential.net. You can change this to an email address from your organization to help increase email deliverability and keep your recipients' experience with you on-brand.
Change the email that appears as the sender of credential emails to your recipients, as well as the email address your recipients' replies go to.
Change and Verify the Sender Email Address
- Click on 'Emails' at the top of the Accredible Dashboard
- Under the 'Sender Details' section that appears, enter the sender's name and their email address as you would like them to appear on emails to your recipient.
- The 'Sender' email address will need to be verified. Click on 'Save' at the bottom of the page to send a verification email to this address.
- Use the verification email sent to you to verify the address.
- If you need the verification email to be sent to you again, click the 'Save' button at the bottom of this page again.
Change the Reply-to Contact
When your recipients reply to their credential email to thank you, ask for more course information, or any other queries, make sure you have changed the 'Reply-to Contact' in your Accredible account to ensure you are getting these messages.
Important Note: If you do not include a Reply-to Contact email address, your recipients' messages will be directed to the support contact setup on your account.
- Click on 'Emails' at the top of the Accredible Dashboard
- Under the 'Reply-to Contact' section that appears, enter the name of the Reply-to Contact and the email address that your recipients' responses should be sent to.
