How Do I Set Up an Integration with Salesforce and Accredible?

If you have a Salesforce account, here is how to set up an integration with Accredible in order to automatically create credentials using Salesforce triggers.

NOTE:  We are in the process with Salesforce to move our package from beta to production. This is the first package we have released with Salesforce, so we do not have a prior version to install at this time.

Until the package is available, we recommend is to use Zapier to connect Accredible and Salesforce integrations. This will allow you to create Accredible credentials from a Salesforce triggers. Below is the Zapier link:

If you are interested in being notified when the official Salesforce Integration is available with Accredible, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

What Does the Integration Do?

Our integration will allow you to:

  • Set up scheduled issuance using our Scheduled Issuance Template.
  • Specify which triggers to use for issuance.
  • Map any Salesforce record fields into the appropriate Accredible attributes:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Expiration Date

    • Group ID

    • Custom attributes

    • Recipient ID

Installation Requirements

To set up the Salesforce integration, you need to have:

  • A Salesforce admin account.
  • An Accredible account with access to API & Integrations.

Important Note: The email address of your Salesforce account must match the email address of your Accredible account.
