How Do I Update the Expiry Date on Credentials?

If you need to update the expiry date on a batch of credentials, here is how.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A credit will be deducted if the expiry date is changed to a date outside of the billing year that it was originally issued.

Updating a Single Credential

If you only need to change the expiry date on one credential, here is what to do:
  1. Go to the Credentials tab at the top of the Accredible Dashboard.
  2. Using the Search field on top of the credentials list, you can search by:
    • Recipient Name
    • Email Address
    • Credential ID
  3.  Click on the Credential ID # or the Accredible Support 2022-11-09 at 15.00.143-dot menu button on the right and click Expire.
  4. Edit the data in the Expiry Date.
