I am a Team Member. How Do Permissions Affect Me?

Team members are not able to access all of the features on the Accredible Dashboard.

Have you been blocked from accessing a feature, or want to double-check what access you have? There is an easy way to check what you have access to.

Why Have I Been Blocked?

You may have encountered this warning message:

This means that your account's admin has restricted your ability to use this feature or access this group. 

How can I get access to this feature? 

You will need to request access from an admin or Team Member who has access to 'Manage Team Members.'

How Do I Check What I Have Access To?

To see what permissions you have and do not have:

  1. Go to the Main Menu by click on your name at the top right-hand corner of the Accredible Dashboard.
  2. Click 'My Account.'

You will be able to see 'Feature Access' so it is clear which features you can use through your account. You will also see which groups you have access to and what abilities you have within that group.
