First Time Access through Credential Delivery Email
When your credential is issued to you, an email will be sent to you containing a link to view your credential:
Using this link for the first time will automatically sign you in to your new credential. You will be prompted to set a password for your credential wallet.
Setting a password for your credential wallet will ensure that you will always have access to all available features for your credentials, as well as private credentials.
Using the 'View my Credential' button will only sign you into your wallet the first time you use it. Subsequent uses of the 'View my Credential' button or link from your email will direct you to the public view of your credential. You will need to sign in manually to access private features and credentials.
How do I sign into my credential/wallet?
- Navigate to www.credential.net on your internet browser
- If you know you're an EU recipient, you will need to navigate v2.eu.accounts.accredible.com instead.
- In the top right-hand corner of the page, click on 'Sign In.'
- The sign-in box will pop up, prompting you to enter your email address and password for your Accredible Dashboard. Enter these and click 'Sign In.'
Creating a Password
If you have not created a password for yourself yet, use the 'Forgot your password?' function and follow the prompts to set yourself one.
Lost or Forgotten Your Password?
If you have forgotten the password for your Accredible Dashboard, use the 'Forgot your password?' function and follow the prompts to issue yourself a new password.
Staying Logged In
Your Accredible account should remain logged in until either you delete your browser history or log out.
To keep your credential data secure, we recommend that you log out of Accredible after every use if you are on a shared computer. You want to prevent access to your account from either allowing creating or editing fraudulent credentials.
If you are having problems logging into your account, make sure you are logging into the correct side of the system:
For issuers of credentials, you will need www.accredible.com.
