Change Audit allow issuers the ability to identify who has made changes to a group, design, or credential for security purposes, for compliance purposes, and for general understanding of changes made on the platform.
This feature is available on our Growth and Enterprise Plans.
To access the Change Audit, you can Select Analytics from the top menu, and Under Insights, click Change Audit. If you do not see this option, this means Change Audit has not been turned on for your account.
There are 3 different types of Audit ID you can filter: Group ID, Credential ID, and Design ID.
Each will allow you to view changes made to that ID type as well as see when they have been created or deleted from the system.
You are also able to search for changes made by a specific Admin or Team Member on the Account.
Viewing the Change Audit
|Date||This will indicate when the change or event happened.|
|Event||The action that has taken place.|
|Source||Who has made the change.|
|Type||The type of Audit ID the event is associated with.|
|ID||A link directly to the Group, Credential, or Design that the event is associated with.|
|Change||Allows you to see what change was made.|
