You may on occasion be required to update the version of your Salesforce integration. This article walks you through the steps needed to ensure you're working with the latest version.
- Go to the Accredible AppExchange listing
- Click on “Get it Now” button

Select which production account (if you only have one account, the account should be auto-populated)
Once the account is selected → Click “Install in Production” or “Install in Sandbox” (whichever the environment where the previous version was installed) - Select the terms and conditions box → Then press “Confirm and Install”
- A redirect notification box will appear, and you will be directed to the Salesforce Login page to continue the upgrade installation. Log into the Salesforce admin account you wish to integrate with Accredible:
- Select “Install for Admins Only” then click “Upgrade”
- Approve Accredible's Access to Salesforce by checking the "Yes, grant access to these third-party sites" and clicking Continue:
- The upgrade will begin installing:
- Once the upgrade is complete, you will receive an “Upgrade Complete!” notification. You can now login to your Salesforce environment with your Salesforce admin account to begin using the upgraded version of the integration:
