You can understand a Recipient's current level of engagement at a glance on the Credentials page.
On your Accredible Dashboard, click on the Credentials tab at the top of the page to navigate to your Credentials page.
What the Engagement Icons Mean

This icon indicates whether or not the credential is published. |
If the icon is grey, the credential is not yet published. If the icon is green, the credential is published. |

This indicates that the credential delivery email to this recipient has bounced. To better understand why your email bounced, visit the article Why Did the Email to My Recipient Bounce? |

This icon indicates whether or not the credential has been viewed by the recipient. |
If the icon is grey, the credential has not yet been viewed. If the icon is green, the credential has been viewed by its owner. |

This icon indicates whether or not the recipient has engaged with their credential. |
If the icon is grey, the recipient has not yet engaged with their credential. If the icon is green, the recipient has engaged with their credential. |

This icon indicates whether or not the credential has been shared by the recipient on LinkedIn. |
If the icon is grey, the credential has not yet been shared. If the icon is blue, the credential has been shared to LinkedIn by its owner |

This icon indicates whether or not the credential is currently set to public or private. |
If the icon is an eye, the credential is public. If the icon is a greyed-out eye with a line through it, the credential is private. |
