When to Contact Your Issuer

Unfortunately, there are some cases where Accredible is unable to provide support.

Any Changes of Information Regarding your Credential

Under GDPR regulations, Accredible is classed as a Data Processor. This means that while we are allowed to handle data related to you and your credential, we cannot alter or delete it. You will need to contact your issuer (the school or company you took your course with) directly for any of the following reasons:

  • There is incorrect information on your certificate or badge, such as a course name, issue date, or image.
  • You would like the email address attached to your credential updated.

If you would like to change the name that appears on your credential, you can do so using the Request Name Change function on your credential view.

Missing Credential

If your credential hasn't been sent to you, the best thing to do is follow up with your issuer. They can resend your credential, or if it hasn't been issued yet, they can follow up on this process.

Information on Other Courses

Accredible doesn't have any access to any of the courses our issuers create credentials for. If you'd like to inquire about a course you'd like to take, you will need to speak to the issuer directly.

Wrong Credential

If you have been issued the wrong credential or have been issued a credential in error, only your issuer will be able to rectify this, so you will need to contact them directly.
