The 404 Unavailable Code
If you are trying to view your credential and are see the message displayed below, it means that your credential has not yet been published yet, or it had been deleted by your course issuer.
What to Do Next
The best thing to do is to contact your issuer directly to ask why your credential is unavailable. It might be that:
- Your credential has been created, but has not yet been published by your issuer.
- Your issuer has deleted the credential.
Your course issuer maintains the discretion to revoke and delete a certificate at any time. If you believe this to be a mistake we would recommend that you either contact your course issuer directly to discuss the issue, or you can contact Accredible's customer support on firstname.lastname@example.org
